True Grit Logistics is seeking enthusiastic and driven dispatching agents to join our team. Whether you're starting fresh in the logistics industry or need support building a carrier network, we provide the tools and training to set you up for success.

Pathways to Join Our Team

1. Carrier-to-Dispatcher Pathway (No Fee)

For applicants who already have:

• A book of business,
• A verifiable carrier network, or 
• A carrier ready to onboard immediately

👉 If you meet ANY of these, you can join with no onboarding fee and move directly into onboarding.

2. Full Onboarding Pathway (Beginners)

For individuals who do not have carriers or a network yet and need full preparation before dispatching.

Includes:

• Training on dispatch tools and communication
• Access to back-office dispatching software 
• Carrier readiness preparation
• Shadowing and example scenarios
• Continuous support as you begin
• Cost: $300 per month (NO REFUNDS)

Upcoming Training Session

At True Grit, we believe in providing high-quality, trained dispatchers to meet our driver's needs. If you don’t have prior experience, training is required to become one of our dispatchers.

We charge a premium fee to our drivers because we ensure that all our dispatchers are thoroughly trained and prepared to handle any challenges on the road.

We would host our next training 

• Dates: December 2nd and 3rd 2025 
• Time: 6 PM–8 PM EST
